Shopify Integration Guide

Connect your Shopify store to publish (or schedule) your generated product sheets, articles, and pages directly to it, with no manual copy-pasting.

1. Connect your store

From the Integrations page, in the "Shopify" block, enter your store domain (e.g. your-store.myshopify.com) then click Connect. You'll be redirected to Shopify to authorize access (read/write for products, articles, and pages), then sent automatically back to iziRanker once the connection is established. Only organization owners/admins can connect or disconnect a store.

The number of stores you can connect depends on your plan (visible on the Integrations page, next to the "Shopify" title).

2. Generate content

From Copywriting, generate content with one of the four tools: Blog Article, Product Sheet, Local Page, or Service Page. Each generation then appears with a Publish to Shopify button.

3. Where each content type lands

  • Product Sheet → a Shopify Product (with its photo, variants, and price if provided).
  • Blog Article → an Article in your store's first blog (create a blog in Shopify if your store doesn't have one).
  • Local Page, Service Page → a generic Shopify Page (no dedicated resource for these two types).

In all cases, the generated slug becomes the Shopify handle (the resource URL) and the meta description is saved as the Shopify SEO description.

4. Publish or schedule

The Publish to Shopify button offers a Schedule (optional) field: leave it empty to publish immediately, or pick a future date/time. A scheduled publication is processed automatically at the set time (checked every 5 minutes) — you can cancel it as long as it hasn't gone out yet. If several stores are connected, choose the target one from the dropdown menu.

5. Disconnect a store

From Integrations, click Disconnect on the relevant store. Content already published stays on Shopify (iziRanker doesn't delete it); only the connection (and therefore the ability to publish new content there) is removed.
