Terms of Use

1. Purpose

These terms govern the use of the iziranker.com platform ("IziRanker", "we"), an AI-powered content generation SaaS (articles, product sheets, local pages, social media posts) optimized for SEO, GEO and AEO, and for publishing that content to the sites or stores you connect. By creating an account or using the service, you accept these terms.

2. User account

You must provide accurate information when creating your account and are responsible for the confidentiality of your credentials as well as any activity carried out from your account. An account can be associated with an organization grouping several members with distinct roles (owner, admin, member).

3. Subscriptions, credits and payment

  • Access to the generation tools is governed by a monthly subscription (billed via Stripe) granting a volume of credits, and/or by the one-off purchase of credit packs.
  • Credits from a separately purchased pack never expire and stack with your subscription balance. Credits included in the monthly subscription are, unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase, specific to the billed period.
  • Subscriptions have no fixed term and can be cancelled at any time from your billing area; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.
  • Unless required by law, amounts paid (subscriptions and credit packs) are non-refundable once the corresponding credit has been granted to your account.

4. AI-generated content

Content produced by IziRanker is generated automatically from the information you provide (keyword, client name, tone, etc.). You retain full ownership of the content generated for your account. However, since no AI generation is infallible, it is your responsibility to review, verify the accuracy of, and validate each piece of content before any publication, and we guarantee neither the total absence of errors nor any particular search result (SEO, GEO, AEO).

5. Publishing to third-party sites

Publishing content to a connected Shopify store, or to your own site via the iziRanker API, is always a voluntary, manual action on your part: no content is ever published automatically without your explicit validation. Once published via the API, content cannot be "unpublished" from iziRanker: to remove it, delete it directly on your site or store. If you disconnect an integration (Shopify store, API key), content already published to the relevant site is not automatically deleted from that site.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to use IziRanker to:

  • Generate or publish illegal, defamatory, misleading or fraudulent content;
  • Circumvent the service's technical limits (unauthorized access, automated mass extraction, reverse engineering);
  • Resell access to the service without prior written authorization.

Any breach may result in the suspension or termination of your account.

7. Intellectual property

The IziRanker brand, software, interface and their source code remain our exclusive property. No provision of these terms grants you any right over these elements beyond the right to use the service in accordance with your subscription.

8. Availability and liability

We use reasonable means to ensure the availability of the service, without guaranteeing uninterrupted operation. The service relies in part on third-party providers (hosting, AI generation, payment, publishing) whose availability may occasionally affect ours. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amounts actually paid over the past twelve months.

9. Termination

You may stop using the service and cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or close an account in the event of non-payment or serious breach of these terms, after notification whenever reasonably possible.

10. Personal data

The processing of your personal data is detailed in our privacy policy.

11. Changes

These terms may change; the last-updated date at the top of the page reflects the version in effect. In the event of a significant change, we will inform you by email or via the service.
